BAYBAY CITY, Philippines — On April 13, 2016, VSU will introduce a fresh batch of graduates, numbering a little more than a thousand. Alumnus and banker Mr. Bernie H. Tocmo will be the guest speaker for this event. Ms. Ea Clarisse Tulin, Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, magna cum laude, leads more than 80 students with latin honors.
