The Regional State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (SCUAA) Games 2016 at Naval State University (NSU) in Biliran had just concluded. NSU Acting President Matias Bentor turned over the friendship torch to VSU President Dr. Edgardo E. Tulin to signify the bequeathal of an important duty: VSU will host SCUAA 2017!
