Application
Candidates for graduation are required to apply for evaluation of their records during the semester preceding their graduation in order that any deficiency may be attended to:
- After a candidate's records have been evaluated and cleared, he should file an application for graduation which is usually done a week after the enrollment period.
- Candidates for graduation are required to accomplish their clearance before the final examination to clear them from financial and property obligations.
- Fines are imposed on those who file their application late.
Graduation Honors
Students who complete their courses with the following averages computed on the basis of units received the corresponding honors upon graduation:

- Computation of the general average shall be based on resident credits only and carried to the third decimal place but rounded to the second decimal place.
- In the case of students graduating with honors in courses shorter than four years the English equivalents namely: "With Honors", "With High Honors", "With Highest Honors" shall be used.
- To qualify for honors upon graduation, a student must have:
- completed at least 75 percent of the total number of academic units for graduation in the College;
- been in residence therein for at least three years immediately preceding graduation;
- no grade below 3.00 his curriculum;
- taken during each semester the normal load prescribed in the curriculum, unless taking the lighter load was due to justifiable causes;
- finished the course within the period or may be shorter but not longer than that prescribed in the curriculum
Commencement Exercises Attendance
- All candidates for graduation shall attend the baccalaureate and commencement exercises unless the College Secretary recommends the graduation in absentia on grounds of sickness or other equally acceptable reasons which must be supported by strong evidence as long as the student has met all the requirements including payment of all necessary fees.
- Graduating students who absent themselves from the commencement and baccalaureate exercises without valid excuse shall not be awarded their diploma or certificates until such time when they shall have attended the regular commencement and baccalaureate exercises.
Fees and Payments
- PAYMENT OF INSTALLMENT : Payment of fees may be made by installment provided 1/2 of the total fees be paid at the time of enrolment, the second 1/2 prior to the midterm examination.
- PENALTY FOR LATE REGISTRATION : A fine are imposed to students enrolling late and those who do not complete their enrollment on time.
- PAYMENT IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL : A student who withdraws or drops any course shall be charged as follows:
- Within the first week of classes- 25% of the amount due for the term.
- Within the second to fourth week of classes- 50% of the total amount due for the term.
- After the fourth week of classes - 100% of the total amount due for the term.
