At present the VSU System has 12 colleges, three institutes and one school. These are the College of Agriculture, College of Education, College of Engineering, College of Forestry and Natural Resources, College of Mangement and Economics, College of Nursing, College of Veterinary Medicine, College of Arts and Sciences, College of Fisheries (VSU-Tolosa Campus), College of Agri-Industrial Technology (VSU-Isabel Campus), College of Environmental and Agricultural Technology (VSU-Alangalang Campus), College of Education and Agricultural Technology (VSU-Villaba Campus), Institute of Human Kinetics, Institute of Tropical Ecology, Institute for Strategic Research and Development Studies, and the Graduate School. It also has an Open University which takes care of the distance education program.
