Candidates will be tested on their skills on integrated farming. Prospective appointees will be assigned to perform farming functions and in maintaining cleanliness of the campus.
Applicants should possess the following competencies which will be assessed during interview and other evaluation procedures by the university:

- Demonstrating Personal Effectiveness– Recognizes personal strengths and gaps and is willing to utilize strengths at the same time, undergo required trainings and interventions to address competency gaps identified.
