Test Requirements

1. One of the following documents showing your Grade Point Average (GPA):
   • Certification of grades with GPA on the first semester (1st and 2nd grading periods) issued by the school principal
   • High School card
   • Transcript of Records
   • ALS A&E Certificate of Rating
     • Note: Bring the original document and a photocopy. However, you will submit only the
       photocopy.
2. A valid ID card with picture (such as school ID, driver’s license, passport, voter’s ID)
3. Accomplished Test Application Form (Forms will be distributed on the testing day.)
4. Ballpen (blue or black) and non-programmable calculator

 Note: The selection of qualified test-takers will be based on the score in the VSUCAT (70%) and the GPA (30%). (VSU Board of Regents Resolution No. 20, s. 2019).
