VSU, PhilRice join forces to revive and innovate rice-based products in Leyte
The Visayas State University (VSU) and the Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice) have formalized an agreement to conduct a study that will revisit and profile rice-based products in Leyte which will open opportunities for food innovation and market expansion in the province.
