1. The indicated amounts shall serve as the starting monthly bid rental. (Excluding utilities)

2. Any renovation, repair, improvement, or related expenses necessary for the operation of the leased space shall be solely shouldered by the awarded proponent.

3. No changes or alterations shall be made to the building façade or external appearance of the premises.

4. Interested proponents may inspect the site by coordinating with the IGP Office during office hours.

5. Only proponents with an existing similar business operation elsewhere shall be eligible to participate. However, existing renters of VSU market stalls, as well as their relatives within the third degree of consanguinity or affinity, shall no longer be allowed to participate in the bidding process.

6. Proponents must submit the following:

o Letter of Intent indicating the Bid amount (see sample letter)

o DTI Registration

o BIR Registration

o Valid LGU/Business Permit
