The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) and the VSU-hosted Visayas Consortium for Agriculture and Aquatic Resources Program (VICAARP) forged agreement with the local government of Inopacan, Leyte, March 31, to implement the project that will promote sustainable agriculture and rural development.

At the Hilongos Agro-Panginabuhi Caravan, VSU staff demonstrated food processing methods from different commodities as livelihood options for farmers and rural women in Hilongos, Leyte, Dec. 17-20.
