The Visayas State University Main Campus through the University Student Services Office and the Cash Division will now distribute the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) fund for the VSU Main student grantees for the school year 2018-2019. This will be done through coordination with the different LGUs to allow our students belonging to that LGU to claim in a designated venue assigned by the concerned LGU.

For the TES grantees from Baybay City, the schedule is on May 28, 2020 at 8:30 am, Baybay Gym. For students from other municipalities and/or cities, we are still contacting respective LGU.

The following are the requirements to claim:

  1. For personal claim, please bring the following:
    1. VSU Student ID or any valid ID with your picture and signature attached to the ID; and
    2. Three (3) photocopies (back-to-back) of the VSU Student ID with three (3) original signature specimens for each photocopy

  2. For Authorized Claimant
    1. Special Power of Attorney (SPA) for the authorized claimant;
    2. Three (3) photocopies (back-to-back) of the VSU Student ID; and
    3. Three (3) photocopies (back-to-back) of any valid ID of the authorized claimant.
