The Visayas State University Main Campus - Department of Civil Engineering is in need of:

 

1 REGULAR FACULTY
(For 2nd Semester SY 2014-2015)

BASIC SALARY : P239,280.00 / per annum

 

CSC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• EDUCATION: Licensed Civil Engineer preferably with Master's Degree
• EXPERIENCE: 1 year teaching experience / Industry practice
• TRAINING: none required
• ELIGIBILITY: Valid PRC license
• AGE PREFERENCE: Not more than 40 years old

Should posses the following competencies:

1. Commitment - deep sense of responsibility to render service for the development of the student's well-being for the advancement of his/her discipline
2. Knowledge of subjects - applicant's scholarship and expertise in his/her field or discipline
3. Teaching for independent Learning - ability to organize teaching-learning processes to enable students to maximize their learning potentials
4. Management of Learning - ability to create and manage a conducive learning environment and at the same time guide, monitor and evaluate student learning
