Under the Graduate Fellowship Program for Foreign Graduate Students, Ten (10) slots will be available; 5 slots for PhD and 5 slots for the Master's Program. Foreign students can enroll in the following programs: PhD in Animal Science, Agricultural Education, Entomology, Horticulture, and Plant Pathology. For Master’s students, they can take any of the Master’s Programs offered at VSU. PhD in Agronomy and Soil Science, and MSc in Biology, Chemistry, and Statistics will also be the other options to take once the moratorium in the offering of new graduate programs is lifted by the Commission on Higher Education.
