More than just safeguarding animal welfare, the VSU College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) is committed to extending free veterinary services and information education campaigns to the communities.

At the outset, allow me to express my thanks and gratitude to the University Administration, the Director of IHK, and my very dear friend the VP for Student Affairs Dr. Aleli Villocino for inviting me to be the Guest of Honor of your Intramural Games 2022 with the theme: SálingKusóg!

The Visayas State University makes a debut at the prestigious World University Rankings 2023 joining 9 other Philippine universities that were rated and analyzed by the Times Higher Education (THE).

Mr. Erlan F. Hernit becomes the first graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Fisheries (BSF) program here in the Visayas State University Tolosa to make it to the roll of top 10 highest rated examinees.

To promote the use of clean and sustainable energy and ensure the security of 9,245 students enrolled at the VSU’s flagship school in Baybay City, the Physical Plant Office (PPO) finally completed the installation of 200 solar-powered lamp posts distributed in strategic locations in both the upper and lower campuses of the university.
