VSU maintains ‘very satisfactory’ rating in financial management, says DBM-RO8
Visayas State University (VSU) once again earned its “very satisfactory” rating in the 2025 Annual Agency Performance Review (AAPR) conducted by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).
