Visayas State University (VSU) conducted a four-day Seminar-Workshop on the Enhancement of the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) on September 15–18, 2025, at the RDE Hall and OP Board Room.

VSU-earns-very-satisfactory-rating-in-DBMs-2024-annual-performance-review

Visayas State University (VSU) has achieved a “very satisfactory” rating of 4.58 in the 2024 Annual Performance Review conducted by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and secured the fourth spot among State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in Eastern Visayas.

VSU has further strengthened its international collaborations by formalizing its partnership with the Korea Campus Crusade for Christ (KCCC), an organization dedicated to cross-cultural leadership and discipleship development.

VSU recently welcomed its new international students from Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic, with a week of activities from March 24-28, 2025. The International Affairs and Relations Office (IARO) organized several events to help the students settle in and get familiar with university life.

To enhance the university’s disaster and crisis response capabilities, officials of the Visayas State University (VSU) recently participated in a comprehensive Executive Course on the Incident Command System (ICS) held on September 10, 2024, at the RDE Hall.
