About FTE
The Faculty of Teacher Education aims to:
1. Provide essential professional preparation for teachers in basic and higher education.
2. Undertake relevant research that can be utilized to improve the teaching and learning process.
3. Extend relevant community services to uplift people's lives.
Objectives:
- Produce graduates equipped with Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) and 21st-century skills.
- Develop prospective teachers' strong commitment to teaching and genuine concern for the welfare and holistic development of learners.
- Provide students with opportunities to conduct research on relevant areas in basic and higher education.
- Provide students with opportunities to conduct extension and community involvement activities.
