VSU seals back-to-back academic alliances with CNU and BISU to boost regional collaboration
Visayas State University (VSU) formalized new partnerships with Cebu Normal University (CNU) and Bohol Island State University (BISU) in back-to-back agreements on May 28 and 29, 2025, which aim to expand joint research and academic programs, and student exchange across the Visayas.

The VSU Main Campus in Baybay City, Leyte proudly recognizes the 332 students graduating with Latin Honors in its 72nd Commencement Exercises this year. Among them, 291 are Cum Laude, 40 will be awarded Magna Cum Laude, and one student has earned the highest academic honor, Summa Cum Laude.
