What if I cannot shoot and send a video?

Because we want to make sure that we could feature everyone during the graduation ceremonies, the following are our options:

  • Plan B: You may submit a landscape photo version of you in Filipinana. (The framing and shooting guidelines will be similar to the video submission.)
  • Plan C: The department will look for a photo of you in formal wear.
  • Plan D: The department will use the photo you uploaded in the student portal.
  • Plan E: Only your name and the VSU logo.

For inquiries regarding the graduation, contact the VSU Web Team by calling (053) 565 0600 Local 1089 or emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
