Schedule and Guidelines for the 2025 Graduation Photoshoot

The series of Commencement Exercises across the VSU system will take place during the second and third week of July 2025.

In preparation for these significant events, all graduating students from every VSU campus are highly encouraged to participate in the official graduation photoshoot on their assigned date and location. Kindly refer to the schedule below:

All graduating students are encouraged to stick to the schedule.

Please take note of the following guidelines:

Men are expected to wear a white-long sleeved shirt with a black tie
Women should dress in a light-colored gown to be worn beneath the toga.
Graduating students who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community can wear their preferred attire so long it follows the aforementioned guidelines.
Graduating students will take care of their make-up and hairdo.
Everyone should prepare a Barong Tagalog/Filipiniana for another photo session.

Following the consultation on March 11 and the succeeding survey, and based on the results of the bidding process, Kin Sopa Photography and Videography has been selected as the official service provider.

All participating graduates are requested to prepare ₱800.00, which covers the following:

Edited Soft Copies (3 photos per student):
1. Photo 1: In graduation gown
2. Photo 2: In graduation gown and cap
3. Photo 3: In Filipiniana/Barong Tagalog or formal business attire
Printed Copies (6 prints per student):
1. 1-piece 8R framed photo (graduation gown and cap, with VSU logo)
2. 1-piece 5R photo (graduation gown)
3. 1-piece 5R photo (Filipiniana/Barong Tagalog or formal attire)
4. 2 wallet-size photos (graduation gown and cap)
5. 2 wallet-size photos (graduation gown)
6. Graduation picture frame with matting included

Graduate Focal Persons from each department or campus are highly encouraged to be present at the venue to help facilitate the smooth conduct of the activity.
