Schedule and Guidelines for #VSUGrad2026 Photoshoot at the VSU Main Campus

The series of commencement exercises for #VSUGrad2026 at the VSU Main Campus is scheduled to take place in the third week of July 2026.
In preparation for this important event, all graduating students of the VSU Main Campus are strongly encouraged to participate in the official graduation photoshoot. The photoshoot will be held at the VSU-TBI Building, located near the VSU Technomart and Pasalubong Center.

All graduating students are highly encouraged to stick to the aforementioned schedule. Please take note of the following guidelines:
1. Attire
- Male students: white long-sleeved shirt with black tie
- Female students: light-colored gown to be worn under the toga
- Students from the LGBTQIA+ community may wear their preferred attire, provided it aligns with the prescribed guidelines
- Barong Tagalog/Filipiniana will be required for a separate photo session
2. Preparation
- Graduating students are responsible for their own grooming, including hair and makeup
3. Photoshoot Package (P800.00) includes:
- Digital Copies (3 photos):
- Graduation gown
- Graduation gown with cap
- Filipiniana/Barong
- Printed Copies (7 prints):
- 1 framed 8R photo (with VSU logo)
- 2 pieces 5R photos (1 in graduation gown and 1 in Filipiniana/Barong)
- 4 wallet-sized photos (2 in graduation gown and cap, and 2 graduation gown only)
- With frame and matting
4. Students who are unable to attend their assigned schedule may coordinate directly with the designated supplier for alternative arrangements.
Graduate Focal Persons from each department are highly requested to be present during their scheduled sessions to help facilitate the smooth conduct of the photoshoot.
