A technology business incubator or TBI is a facility and a program that provides a nurturing environment for commercialization of technology-based startups/businesses for them to succeed.

The Agriculture and Food TBI in VSU is designed to fast track the translation of technologies developed by the university and other research institutes in the region into commercial product in the market.

It is VSU and ViCARP’s vision of the future: TBI as system and structure that extends from technology generation to technology commercialization and a setup that fosters relevant research/innovation and real life learning.

Dr. Edgardo E. Tulin, VSU President and Regional Research and Development Coordinating Council Chairperson of VICARP, emphasized in his message the relevance of the involvement of consortium in the inked agreement.
