The Visayas State University (VSU) Department of Development Communication (DDC) successfully launched its seminar-workshop series across VSU campuses, starting at the VSU Tolosa for a two-day event focused on Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Materials Design and Production.

After coveting the championship title last year, VSU physically and mentally prepared 424 Viscan delegates for the biggest and most-awaited regional collegiate sporting event—the 38th Regional State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (SCUAA-8) Games in Eastern Visayas.

Mr. Christian Vie Baldonado, the dean of the College of Nursing, won the Best Oral Presentation award in the 2nd National Research Congress organized by the Universidad de Zamboanga to celebrate its 76th Founding Anniversary.

For the second time, Visayas State University Tolosa recorded another topnotcher in the fisheries technologists licensure examination this year.

To integrate sustainable science and green chemistry into the curriculum, VSU Tolosa, through the Department of Arts and Sciences, partners with Beyond Benign, a non-profit organization that promotes green chemistry education to achieve a sustainable future across the globe.
