              CSC Minimum Qualifications:

EDUCATION:             Licensed Civil Engineer preferably with Master’s Degree 

            EXPERIENCE:           1 year teaching experience/ Industry practice

                        TRAINING:                none required

                        ELIGIBILITY:           Valid PRC License

            AGE PREFERENCE:           Not more than 40 years old

Should possess the following competencies:

1. Commitment - deep sense of responsibility to render service for the development of the student's well-being and for the advancement of his/her discipline
2. Knowledge of subjects - applicant's scholarship and expertise in his/her field or discipline
3. Teaching for Independent Learning - ability to organize teaching-learning processes to enable students to maximize their learning potentials

Minimum Qualifications:                              

Education  :             Masters  degree and  a graduate in Commerce or related field but major in Accounting

Experience  :            5 years of  supervisory experience  and in bookkeeping, preparing financial statements and analyzing accounts

Training      :            120 hours of managerial training     

Eligibility    :             CS Prof or RA 1080 (CPA), the latter eligibility will be given additional points
