VSU’s passing rate in the Civil Engineering licensure examination this month increased since May this year after all first-time takers finished successfully.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) disclosed, November 16, a total institutional passing rate of 96.43% for VSU after 27 out of 28 takers passed the exam. VSU earned 87.7% passing rate last May.

Concon, Philiph Henson N. Precilda, Reno P.

Some 5,036 out of 10,972 examinees nationwide got successful, yielding a 45.89% national passing rate.

This month’s passers were led by a graduate of the University of the Philippines (UP) in Los Banos, Laguna. However, UP-Diliman topped the high-performing schools with a 96.08 institutional passing percentage.

The Civil Engineering licensure examination was conducted on November 12-13. The results were uploaded on the PRC website three days after the exam dates.
