Swimming with fins is no longer just for mermaids and mermen.
Finswimming, a sport which literally translates to ‘swimming with fins’, finds its way to the Visayas State University (VSU) through the initiative of the Institute of Human Kinetics (IHK).
In partnership with the Philippine Finswimming Federation Inc., IHK has just finished its first Finswimming Instructors’ Course on May 10 to 12 at the VSU Olympic Pool.
