Even Viscans can be dual citizens.

Such is the case for the newly appointed State University President, Dr. Evelyn Bernal-Aguirre, who was first trained here at Visayas State University and was later sharpened, honed, and tested both as a faculty member and an academic administrator at the Leyte Normal University (LNU).

In a virtual convention of former directors of the Institute of Human Kinetics (IHK), one aspiration echoed among all the attendees—that the institute becomes a full-fledged college in its golden year.

Visayas State University’s General Services Division (GSD) reports that the expanded “gymnatorium” (gymnasium + auditorium) is on track to completion before the end of April 2021.
