An estimated 1,700 graduating Viscans will soon be welcomed back inside the VSU main campus in the initial conduct of the limited face-to-face classes for the remainder of the second semester in the academic year (AY) 2021-2022.

VSU named top 1 performing SUC for 2021; 29 programs now Level IV accredited

Visayas State University (VSU) has just been awarded as the Top 1 Performing State University by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) with 29 programs of the VSU Main Campus obtaining a Level IV accreditation status for year 2021.

Engr. Mark Anthony S. Arcayan did not only ace the February 2022 Mechanical Engineering Licensure Examination (MELE) but more than that, he also broke records by obtaining the highest rating in the history of this board exam.

This #ProudViscan finished the MELE with a whooping 96.60% rating, a feat that has never been achieved before.
