Gravela O. Rele, a former Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) turned farmer-businesswoman is VSU’s UGMAD Outstanding Farmer Entrepreneur awardee for 2019. The award is the highest recognition given by Visayas State University (VSU) to a farmer during the annual Farmers’ and Fisherfolks’ Day celebration.
