Seeing the disadvantage among incoming freshmen from far-flung and rural high schools with the growing number of state universities holding entrance exams, a band of Viscans spearheaded a project aimed to help disadvantaged communities get a better shot at higher education.

The Mobile Museum Boxes (MMB) exhibit on “Conserving the Natural History of the Visayas Region” was launched on March 2 and will be displayed until March 20, 2020, at the Visayas State University Library, weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM.

VSU passed the second stage of the ISO 9001:2015 audit and will be recommended for official certification, the TÜV Rheinland’s auditing team announced on February 20, Thursday at the Center for Continuing Education Building.
