Team VSU won gold in a heated Futsal match against the University of the Philippines – Visayas Tacloban Campus (UPVTC), during the 32nd SCUAA games at Naval State University in Biliran, October 26.

The annual search for Mr. and Ms. SCUAA-8 2016 had just concluded. This year, 10 pairs of guys and gals from different participating schools vied for the prestigious title in a battle of beauty and brains.

Team VSU brought home 99 medals from the recently concluded Regional State Colleges and Universities Athletics Association (SCUAA-8) Games at Naval State University, in Biliran, October 23-28.

Team VSU emerged as the overall champion in the first Arnis Competition in the 32nd Regional State Colleges and Universities Athletics Association (SCUAA) Games, at Naval State University, Biliran, October 24.

Some 270 athletes, coaches, and officials from VSU are currently at the Naval State University (NSU) in Biliran, Leyte to join the 32nd Regional State Colleges and Universities Athletics Association (SCUAA) Games which kicked off, Sunday, October 23.
